Greetings! 

After several years of laying dormant during the Covid-19 pandemic, VNCIA LLC is still here to restart the offering of our tutoring services as well as begin to growth through the involvement of several projects.

At this point, February 2024, we have completed our relocation to our original city of Cherry Hill, NJ USA. Looking back in history, we started the business as VNCIA in 2011. We moved back to Texas to start in 2012-2018. From 2018 to 2023, we have moved back to Maryland, Delaware, and finally New Jersey USA. 

Covid-19 pandemic has forced us to only meet our students online as well as looking for other business opportunities that is not required close human-human interaction to avoid transmitting the deadly disease. It is now in the past, and we have identified a couples growth avenues for the business. We calls these avenues "projects" besides the tutoring services, which has been the main source of income for the business.

VNCIA LLC is still in its infant state, which currently is only a sole-member LLC. However, each and every avenue of growth could become a separate business entities for which we hope that would generate positive values to the stakeholders of the business.

During the summer of 2018, we have relocated tutoring office to the state of Delaware. Delaware is the home of many fortune 500 corporations as well as the state that offer no sale taxes. We will look forward to start our new journey and provide more services to our students. 
What is new? We will now offer workshops that is the culmination of our desire to enhance our students' life-long learning experience with practical and highly technical knowledge and practice. To do this, we need to first upgrade our learning and understanding. After acquire that understanding, we would like to share what we have learned about the special topics with our students. 
Why would we do it? Because we love science, and we believe that the complete understanding of the physical world we are living would improve our quality of life. Furthermore, there are so much to learn, so by sharing our knowledge with students, we would be able to learn and discover aspects that may be elusive to us at first glands. 
What is the goals? We would like to multiply our knowledge, and we would also like to apply that knowledge to create products or services that will better the world each day. To this aspect, we would consider knowledge is a candle flame and each of us is a candle in this dark emptiness of space and time continuum. By these interaction, we will lit each other flame, and we will give even brighter light and life to the world. 
So, let's the learning continue until we light up the earth with hope and realized dreams. Come and learn with us here at VNCIA LLC!

​The end of 2017 signaled the milestone of VNCIA LLC dba VNCIA Tutoring Services has past its three year test as an Texas Limited Liability Company Start-Up. Our presence could trace back five years starting as a Collin County Sole Proprietorship.

• Over the years, we have had many students who have chosen our office as a place to improve their learning skills for at least one session. We truly appreciate your trust and support. 
• We have been working SCORE Mentors to improve our business model.
• We have been a Texas HUB Business.

The number of returning students have shown the value of our service. In the coming year, VNCIA Tutoring Service dba will expand its serving area to Dallas County, Rockwall County, and Hunt County of the State of Texas, USA.

We would like to learn with you in the new year so we can both improve our Knowledge and Understanding. We believe that we could build the future together beginning with the building of our academic foundation.
